Each lot is tested for identity, assay, moisture and microbial load before release. Solvent residue and PAH testing are available on request, and are carried out by an accredited third party where the destination market requires an accredited report rather than an in-house one.

Handling and Storage

Store the unopened drum below 25 °C, away from direct sunlight and strong odours. Once opened, reseal the inner liner and use the material within the working period agreed for your process. Drums should not stand directly on a cold-room floor: condensation on the liner is the usual cause of caking in transit.

Selection Notes

The grade that suits one customer rarely suits the next, and the difference is usually in the detail rather than the headline assay. A tablet line cares about flow and compressibility; a stick pack line cares about dusting and dispersion; a beverage premix cares about solubility in the actual matrix. Tell us which of those is your constraint and the specification can be set around it instead of around a catalogue number.

Packaging and Delivery

The material ships in 25 kg net fibre drums, inner liner food grade and heat sealed. Smaller packs of 1 kg and 5 kg are kept for bench work. Lead time is normally 10 to 18 working days, depending on whether the lot is ex-stock or made to the agreed specification.
