Product Introduction
Cassia Oil is a natural essential oil extracted from the bark, leaves or twigs of the cinnamon tree (Cinnamomum cassia), mainly made by steam distillation. It has a strong and spicy aroma with warm sweetness and woody notes, and is widely used in food seasoning, medicine and spice industry. Cinnamon oil is similar to Ceylon cinnamon oil (Cinnamomum verum) in composition, but has a higher cinnamaldehyde content and is more irritating.
