| Busulfan is a double functional alkylating agent of dimethyl sulfonic acid, which is a non specific drug of cell cycle. After entering the human body, the ring structure of the sulfonic ester group opens and destroys the structure and function of DNA by alkylation with guanine in the cell DNA. It is easy to absorb through gastrointestinal tract and is well absorbed by oral administration. After absorption, it quickly disappeared from the plasma, and repeated administration of the drug could gradually accumulate in the body. 4- methsulfonyl alcohol was hydrolyzed in the body and changed into 4- hydroxyfuran by cyclization. Metabolism is mainly carried out in the liver, and the metabolites are excreted mainly through the kidney. |
