Sophoridine is a single alkaloid derived from the bean plant of legume acacia.Preliminary studies on the action mechanism of this product show that acacine can mildly inhibit the DNA synthesis of tumor cells and inhibit cell proliferation during G2 phase;Tree set base on DNATOPO isomerase ? inhibition,, but not observed for DNATOPO isomerase II inhibition. |
