Definition
Betaine hydrochloride is an efficient, high quality and economical nutritional additive to induce food and promote growth, which is widely used in livestock, poultry, aquaculture and various pet animal feeds, and its function is the same as betaine.
Product Application
Provide methyl, as methyl donor. Its methyl supply efficiency is 1.8 times that of 50% choline chloride and 2.6 times that of D/L-methionine.
Participate in fat metabolism and promote protein synthesis. Adding betaine HCl in pig feed can increase the area of eye muscle, reduce the average thickness of pig backfat and improve the lean meat rate and carcass quality. Adding in chicken feed can improve the carcass quality and pectoral muscle quantity of broiler and reduce the deposition of abdominal muscle.
It has feeding inducing activity. Betaine hydrochloride is a quaternary alkaloid, which can stimulate the sense of smell and taste of animals, promote animal feeding, improve the palatability and utilization of bait, increase feed intake and daily weight gain, and is the main ingredient of feed enticement. It has a strong seductive effect on the sense of smell of fish.
