Dilute alkali and enzymatic extraction method: First, the cartilage was boiled at 80℃ for 4 ~ 6h, then NaOH was added according to the ratio of raw material (dry weight) to 2% NaOH: 6.25, and the pH was extracted at room temperature for 1.5h, and then the pH was adjusted by HC1 to 6 ~ 6.5, and the double gauze was filtered. The filtrate was left, and 2% NaOH was added to the filtrate residue at 1:0.12, lh was extracted at 40℃, and then filtered by double filter cloth. Discard the filter slag and take the filtrate. Combine filtrate twice and measure volume for Chemicalbook. The pH of the filtrate was adjusted to 8.0-9.0, pancreatic enzyme was added according to the ratio of filtrate to pancreatic enzyme 1000:0 and 5, and after hydrolyzing lh at 40-50 ℃, pepsin was added according to the ratio of 1000:0.5, and hydrolyzed at 40-50 ℃ for 1.5h. After filtration, kaolin and activated carbon were added for adsorption. The filtrate was extracted by chloroform reverse extraction method and the water layer was retained. The pH of the water regulating layer is 6.8 ~ 7.2, and then 2.5 times the volume of 95% 1~2 ethanol precipitation is added to obtain sulfuric acid cartilage cords.
