Lavander oil

Product Overview

Buyers of Lavander oil are usually solving one of two problems: replacing a variable raw material with something reproducible, or lifting the active content of a formula without changing its label declaration. Both are answered by the same thing — a written specification and a lot that is tested against it.

Every batch is produced under an ISO 22000 management system, compared with a retained reference before release, and packed so that the material arrives in the condition it was tested in.

Specification at a Glance

Parameters are quoted as typical values for the grade described. A lot is released only when the measured result falls inside the agreed window, and the certificate records the measurement rather than the target.

Key Features

• The oil is distilled or pressed from a declared botanical origin, and the batch is traceable to the intake record.
• Optical rotation, refractive index and specific gravity are recorded on the certificate.
• Cold storage can be arranged for oils that are prone to oxidation in warm climates.
• Packing is in epoxy-lined drums or aluminium bottles, depending on the volume and the sensitivity of the oil.

Applications

The material is used mainly by flavour houses, aromatherapy brands and personal care formulators. Three variables decide whether a launch runs smoothly: the botanical origin, the distillation batch and the sensory profile agreed at sample stage.

Settle all three before artwork is printed. Changing a declared value after packaging is the most expensive correction in a project, and it is almost always avoidable at the sample stage.

Quality and Documentation

Every claim on this page is backed by a document that can be sent on request. The specification sheet states what is measured, the COA states what was found, and the safety data sheet states how the material must be handled. If a customer needs a parameter that is not listed, it is added to the specification before the first lot is made, not negotiated after it has shipped.

Why Buy Lavander oil From Baisfu

Baisfu has supplied botanical and flavour materials to formulators in Europe and North America since 2009. The plant runs to ISO 22000 and the documentation set — specification, COA, MSDS, allergen and GMO statements — is issued as standard rather than on request. Orders are dispatched within three working days from stock, and a technical contact answers specification questions directly instead of routing them through a sales desk.
