Cilantro Flavor is a food flavoring that reproduces the core flavor of coriander (Coriandrum sativum, commonly known as "yuan sui" in Chinese), a plant of the Apiaceae family. It has core characteristics of "pungent herbal aroma + subtle citrus note", combined with the freshness of fresh cilantro and a faint earthy scent. As a key ingredient for creating "savory herbal-style" foods, it is widely used in fields such as sauces, ready-to-cook meals, and savory snacks. Compared with ordinary parsley flavor, it has more distinctive pungent aroma.
