Ginseng Fruit Flavor is a food flavoring that reproduces the core flavor of ginseng fruit (Solanum muricatum, commonly known as "fragrant melon eggplant") from the Solanaceae family. Its core characteristics are "mild sweetness + subtle milky aroma", combined with the subtle crispness of the peel and juiciness of the flesh. It is a key ingredient for creating "low-sugar fresh-style" foods, widely used in fields such as beverages, baking, and snacks, and is more suitable for healthy consumption needs than ordinary high-sugar fruit flavors.
