Ectoin is bought for one reason: a formulator needs a named substance at a declared strength, delivered with paperwork that survives an audit. Everything below is written to answer the two questions that decide a first order — what exactly is in the drum, and what evidence comes with it.
Each lot is produced under an ISO 22000 management system, released against a retained reference, and packed so that the material arrives in the condition it was tested in.
Parameters are quoted as typical values for the grade described. A lot is released only when the measured result falls inside the agreed window, and the certificate records the measurement rather than the target.

The material is used mainly by cosmetic formulators, personal care contract manufacturers and active ingredient distributors. Three variables decide whether a launch runs smoothly: the peptide content on a dry basis, the counter ion the material is supplied as, and the preservative and microbial limits the formula has to tolerate.
Settle all three before artwork is printed. Changing a declared value after packaging is the most expensive correction in a project, and it is almost always avoidable at the sample stage.
The certificate of analysis issued with each lot records the measured result, the method used and the release decision. A specification sheet and a safety data sheet are available before the order is placed, and a sample can be sent against a courier account so that the material is assessed rather than described.
Baisfu has supplied food, botanical and flavour materials to formulators in Europe and North America since 2009. The plant runs to ISO 22000 and the documentation set — specification, COA, MSDS, allergen and GMO statements — is issued as standard rather than on request. Orders are dispatched within three working days from stock, and a technical contact answers specification questions directly instead of routing them through a sales desk.
