It specifically solves core industry problems including tangerine peel aroma being easily suppressed by grease and salt in high-fat food systems, rapid fragrance volatilization and loss during high-temperature baking and puffing shaping, bland finished product flavor, low recognition, flavor attenuation and green odor reversion during shelf life.
