Pineapple Emulsion Flavor is a highly stable oil-in-water emulsified edible flavor exclusively developed for water-containing liquid foods, sauce desserts, beverages and candies. Adopting compound colloid emulsification technology and high-pressure homogenization process, combined with high-purity tropical fruit flavor raw materials such as ethyl butyrate, citral and geraniol, it accurately replicates the natural pulp flavor of fresh ripe pineapples and thoroughly solves the industry points of traditional liquid pineapple flavors such as floating oil and delamination, volatile aroma, turbid water body, easy emulsion breaking at high temperature and weak flavor in low-sugar systems. Different from ordinary water-soluble flavors, it realizes the perfect integration of fruit aroma and water body through micron-level fine emulsified particles, with stable locked fruit aroma and uniform release, no pungent artificial odor, and sour-sweet ratio fitting the original fresh fruit taste, serving as a preferred core raw material for high-end liquid food flavoring.
Adopting food-grade compound emulsification system of OSA starch and Arabic gum, this product features fine and uniform emulsion texture and good fluidity. It blends quickly with pure water, syrup, milk base, fruit and vegetable colloid and various water-containing sauces, dispersing immediately in water with full-range homogenization, no floating oil, wall hanging, agglomeration or turbid precipitation, and does not damage the transparent texture of beverages and viscous system of sauces. The unique emulsified fragrance-locking structure withstands high-temperature processes such as 105℃ instantaneous sterilization, sauce boiling and candy syrup boiling, with no emulsion breaking, fragrance loss or burnt peculiar smell during high-temperature processing. It also adapts to low-temperature freezing and refrigeration storage, with no oil precipitation, delamination, fading or flavor instability after long-term storage. With excellent impurity odor masking capability, it effectively neutralizes raw water taste, bland base taste and slight raw material impurities to purify pure and vivid pineapple fruit flavor. The detailed applications are as follows:
    Various Fruit Juices and Sparkling Drinks: Suitable for pineapple juice, compound fruit drinks, sparkling water, carbonated beverages and fruit-flavored soda. It homogenizes quickly in water with transparent water body and no turbidity, and uniformly diffused fruit aroma with fresh and natural opening fragrance. It effectively solves the problems of weak fruit aroma, short fragrance duration and bland taste of beverages, with no flavor attenuation after high-temperature sterilization, adapting to bottled and canned mass production processes.
    Dairy and Functional Beverages: Ideal for yogurt drinks, lactic acid bacteria beverages, fruit-flavored milk, meal replacement liquid milk and functional electrolyte drinks. The emulsified system is compatible with milk protein systems without flocculation or precipitation, and does not affect milk quality stability.
